Terms Of Use
Users must keep account credentials secure, enter accurate information, and use the platform only for lawful PG management, tenant administration, billing, messaging, and compliance workflows.
Tenant Data Handling
PG operators are responsible for collecting tenant data with proper notice and for complying with applicable local laws. Sensitive identity data should be stored only when operationally required.
Payments And Subscriptions
Subscription plan limits, payment collection, failed payment handling, cancellations, and renewals are governed by the active commercial agreement and billing provider records.
Acceptable Use
The service must not be used for spam, unlawful surveillance, harassment, unauthorized document collection, or attempts to bypass tenant isolation and access controls.
Support And Administration
Super administrators may access PG data when needed for onboarding, support, incident response, billing, compliance, and platform operations.
